Blackwood have worked closely with a small primary school in Liuju, Yannan which is located in the South-West of China. We worked closely with the school to help aide their classroom refurbishment. With donations from the trust 12 classrooms and 3 dormitories were refurbished to help improve students education experience.

The Blackwood Trust helped Anfu Primary School with one of its initiatives sponsoring ten of the poorest children from this rural area to attend school for a year. Located in Xuhui, Shanghai the donation made by the trust also allowed 30 children to attend after school clubs.

The Blackwood Trust worked closely with an orphanage in Kolkata, India to provide six computers for the children. This will play a key role in their development as they learn the necessary IT skills to develop their future.
